As big of a Tarantino fan any of us may be, the first teaser of his latest film was kind of weird to experience. First of all the tone is quite humorous and light, second the narrative is a "who done it" and its all to be set primarily in a close quarters setting. Not that any of these things are bad, so I don't get misunderstood. It's just that I haven't seen sort of a film from Tarantino before (technically "Resevoir Dogs" was a "who done it", even though wasn't sold or played as that type of a film) and didn't expect to also.
Now this may be a good thing, as we will all experience something incredibly different from him. But the man did warn us in one of his interviews that when he starts faltering in quality that he will call it quits. Lets hope by all means that day never comes.
