Time wise this film has come too late, as the Ashton Kutcher "Jobs" film beat it to the punch by a few years and its also been far too long since the death of Jobs for him to be as relevant as he once was. Furthermore people are slowly starting to wake up to the fact he wasn't so much of genius, as much of a very successful and visionary business man and nothing more.
However, that is besides the point. Hollywood wants to make a biopic about somebody who we supposedly don't know enough of and with David Boyle directing its supposed to be comforting to movie fans that its in good hands. Which it would be, if it only were that easy.
