Weekend U.S. Box Office August 17-19, 2018

It might not seem like much, but 'Crazy Rich Asians' made its budget worth (30 million) in one weekend and that's without including any other country besides the U.S. So, it could stand to make a little more over it and maybe even double or triple if its foreign box office tally is kind.

In second place this week at the U.S. box office is 'the Meg' that made another decent amount this weekend and a few such as myself are still surprised by it and finally in third place and as expected is Peter Berg's new film that didn't find its audience especially so close to 'Mission: Impossible' release not even 4 weeks ago.
