Weekend U.S. Box Office June 22-24, 2018

Diminishing returns are always a factor when it comes to sequels and 'Jurassic World 2' isn't a stranger to it. Its sequel is 60 million down from its previous film, but can't really complain with the amount of money it will make overall around the world. However, from this film on, it will be curious if more films should be made after it completes its trilogy.

Then there is the 'Incredibles 2' with its second weekend's earnings projecting it right over 'Solo', making it a hard blow for Disney and a better realization in what people want to see and when a series has started to become completely foreign to its once trusty fan base.
